Pilates
After 5 years as a Pilates student Debbie Coleman qualified as an Intermediate Classical Pilates Matwork Instructor in January 2005 with Peak Pilates USA and progressed to an Advanced Mat Instructor in October 2007. In February 2010 Debbie deepened her knowledge and can now instruct students in a 1-1 session on the Pilates System equipment, a reformer and cadillac.
Debbie’s introduction to Pilates helped her sports performance and reduced her constant niggling back pain. She soon realised its value in every day life and wanted to pass this onto others.
She finds it extremely rewarding seeing her students progress, change shape and hear them talking more positively about their achievements and less about their aches and pains.
She currently teaches a wide range of people both male and female ranging from athletes to those requiring careful rehabilitation. Ages vary from 15 to 83 year olds.
Massage
Debbie Coleman qualified as a Sport and Remedial Massage Therapist in July 2006 at the London School of Sports Massage with Mel Cash as principle. She since studied extensively to increase her knowledge and experience. She works with sports injuries, as well as clients who have muscle imbalances due to repetitive or sedentary lifestyles, from mothers of young children to desk bound executives.
Pilates and Remedial Massage complement each other correcting poor posture, muscular imbalances and skeletal adaptation.
She has worked with clients at the London Marathon, Pro Am Golf tournaments and various elite cycle races.

I have been attending Debbie’s Pilates classes for years now - and still love them! She teaches in small groups so is easily able to spot any exercise being done incorrectly. Thanks to her my back is totally sorted out after a fairly major injury (sacral fracture). She comes highly recommended!
Debbie’s Pilates classes are exactly what I had been searching for, for a long time, she works every muscle in your body, leaving you feeling stretched, taller, more flexible, and is able to adapt the exercises if you have limitations. I always feel better for having been to class.
Continuing to attend regular pilates sessions with Debbie Coleman is the best thing I have done in terms of keeping fit and healthy. Having suffered a prolapsed disc some years ago, I did have the tendency to suffer back and leg pain. However, since attending these regular pilates sessions with Debbie, I rarely have back pain and notice that I use the healthy movements and postures in my everyday life. Over time, I have noticed my body to be more flexible with more strength and balance. Debbie is an excellent instructor, demonstrating the movements and giving feedback, she varies the focus of the exercises which assists in overall benefit. I will definitely continue these classes with Debbie to maintain my health and I have also recommended her classes to friends and colleagues.
